Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Prince George, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 575,000-square-foot industrial development; and office development. Development of 575,000 square feet of light industrial and flex commercial space across four buildings. The buildings are anticipated to be leased space, with two buildings each serving a single large tenant, and two serving smaller tenants. TIMELINE: As of October 20, 2026, the Board of Supervisors voted to postpone the matter to the January 26, 2027, meeting.
