Project overview

Site work for a mixed-use development in Montclair, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a two-story above grade data center facility; and power facility. Construction of a data center campus including data centers, an electric substation. Project will consist of three 2-story data center buildings and a substation. TIMELINE: As of October 27, 2026, this project is being reviewed by the Prince William County planning board. The initial round of review and comments have been sent to the Applicant. The County is waiting to hear back from the Applicant rep to set up a meeting to discuss. Information regarding an architect or a general contractor has not been disclosed.
