19th Street Garage and Retail - GMP

Project overview

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 378,222-square-foot, two-story above grade, 1,020-space parking garage; and for site work for a retail development. WMJ requests bid pricing for the Parking Garage portion of the upcoming Mixed-Use building at 19th Street and Parks Avenue in Virginia Beach. Work includes piles, cast-in-place concrete, CMU, miscellaneous metals, traffic coatings, doors, glazing, painting, signage, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Associated sitework includes site demo, E&S, earthwork, asphalt paving, site concrete, landscaping, site utilities, underground electrical ductbank, and traffic signal relocation. This is a WMJ project, contracts will be awarded based on this pricing. Construction is expected to begin in January 2027, please review the initial draft schedule as well as Instructions to Bidders.
