City officials held a final open house and closed the plan’s survey in April. The next step is to finalize the plan and prepare it to go in front of City Council. The project plan is a collaboration between the Pearland Economic Development Corporation, the city of Pearland and Olsson Studio. The Pearland’s Old Town Revitalization plan could be a 20-year plan.
