Details: Plans call for the construction of 234 bungalows and cottages as part of a mixed-residential development with on 62.5 acres that will also include townhomes. Phase 1 will have 43 bungalows, Phase 2 will have 64 bungalows, and Phase 3 will have will have 104 cottages and 23 bungalows. There be a 4,230-square-foot amenity center, pond, dog parks, and open space.
