Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brea, California. The Project proposes to demolish the existing 3-story, 637,503 square-foot, 60-foot high office building (previously occupied by Bank of America) and construct a new 181,500 square-foot, single-story warehouse building that will be used as Amazon's last mile parcel delivery facility.
