There will be 264 parking spaces, with 111 garage spaces, 45 carport spaces and 108 uncovered spaces. Amenities include a recreation room, dog wash, fitness center, pool, covered yoga patio and fitness center. This will be a gated community. News and Notes: February 28, 2025 Planning/Approval As of 2/28/25, the Rio Rancho City Council has approved the site plan for the project.
