Project overview

Site work, paving and new construction of a multi-residential development in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 230,247-square-foot, four-story above grade, 175-unit, 307-space multi-residential development. Plans called for a new, 175 unit, 3 building wood framed apartment complex with outdoor pool and building 2 first floor amenity space. The project will consist of site preparation, grading, and paving. One building will have 1st floor steel framed poured concrete podium with underground parking and 4 floors of wood framed apartments above. The other two buildings will be slabs on grade with 4 floors of wood framed apartments above. TIMELINE: As of September 2026, construction is complete.
