Details: Plans call for the construction of 80 to 100 modular homes around Los Angeles where homes were affected by wildfires. News and Notes: March 7, 2025 Planning/Approval As of 3/7/25, Steadfast LA has plans for raise $30 million for the modular homes project. These factory-built homes can be constructed in five to six months and can be installed in as little as a few weeks. Steadfast LA will need the city, county and state to waive fees and help with permits. Once that happens and lots are cleared, modular homes will arrive. Caruso Affiliated Holdings is part of Steadfast LA, the non-profit behind the project.
