Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Monroe, Georgia. Working plans call for the construction of a 71-unit residential development; and playground / park / athletic field. Plans call for the construction of 71 homes, two pickleball courts and a mail kiosk in a residential subdivision. As of October 19, 2026, the project is under rezoning review with Walton County and will be heard in early November. A builder has been identified.
