Project overview

Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sandston, Virginia. Working plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project. Landmark Section 7 is a new residential townhome development phase within the Landmark community in the Varina District of Henrico County, Virginia. The submission includes detailed site and utility plans, lighting plans and specifications, landscape plans, architectural elevations, renderings, private roadways, parking, sidewalks, drainage infrastructure, and stormwater management facilities.
