Project overview

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Defuniak Springs, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade, 150-unit multi-residential development; 35,000-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; 578,000-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; 432,800-square-foot, one-story above grade service station / car wash facility; and for paving for a road / highway. Phased development as follows: RV Storage, car condos, car storage & track services, car workshop, karting storage & support area, paddock, clubhouse, single family residential 150 units. Phase 1 - Track, Phase 2 - Storage & track services, RV storage, car condos. Phase 3 - Karting, storage & support area. Phases 4-7 Residential. Phase 8 - Storage track & services. TIMELINE: As of September 22, 2026 the project is pending Conceptual Planned Unit Development municipal approvals. Design updates will not be released. A general contractor has been selected but not named. A firm construction timeline has not been confirmed.
