Project overview

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Morris, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development. **As of September 24, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** East Street Housing Project This phase of work is to construct the remaining infrastructure, building foundations, building structures, driveways and parking, and all remaining project work for construction of 8 units of affordable housing in 2 one-story slab-on -grade buildings of 4 units each. Initial site preparation work will already be completed before this phase of work starts. The project Plans show all work needed for the project, including site work that will have been completed and is not in the current scope. Sheet C1 has a description of the current project scope. Site Walkthrough08/18/2026 at 10:00 AM ET No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally.
