Project overview

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Houma, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade municipal facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and office development. Construction of a one-story office building with a satellite emergency operations center and a pre-engineered metal building maintenance shop. The project includes foundation work with pile supported concrete slab and grade beams, metal framing, load bearing CMU walls, building sprinklers, and generator power. Site work includes concrete drives and parking, security fencing, dumpster enclosure, wash rack, fueling station and gravel parking. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required
