Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; laboratory facility; and two-story above grade water / sewer project. The work includes construction of the new two story facility; installation of two different Owner procured primary filtration pilot units and associated appurtenances; construction of two new wet wells; construction of a new conference room, laboratory, restrooms, office, fire protection system, electrical room, and mechanical room; installation of electrical, controls, building mechanical, and process mechanical equipment; open cut excavation to install process piping; construction of bioswale and pervious pavement; and connection to existing utilities. Construction of a new two-story Clean Water Research Center including laboratory, office, conference room, and restrooms; installation of filtration pilot units and process equipment; construction of wet wells and bioswale; site work including pervious pavement; and utility connections.
