Project overview

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eagle, Colorado. Design plans call for the construction of a five-unit multi-residential development; 4,681-square-foot retail development; restaurant; and for site work for a parking garage. The three-story mixed-use building will include 4,681 square feet of ground-floor commercial and retail space with nine residential units above, along with an above-ground parking garage, a retail and restaurant plaza and a rooftop area. A minor development plan, lot consolidation, and companion lot line adjustment application have been submitted for the project and are currently under municipal review. An architect has been selected, but a general contractor has not been named.
